Is my size available? Our size chart is always available on every product page. Check our product description to see other details about the item. Our clothes are on normal sizing. Dimensions are also provided. This will give you an idea to what size you will get.

1. HOME - Under COLLECTIONS, click the category you want to order.

2. Choose the variation you want to order. All details about the item is under product description.

3. Click ADD TO CART.

4. Click CHECK OUT.

5. Fill out the Shipping Information form. *Provide your complete and correct shipping information for a smooth transaction.
*Apply a DISCOUNT CODE if necessary. You will see the DISCOUNT CODE available on every product page, under product description.

6. Choose the right Shipping Method. Click Continue to Payment button.

7. Choose which payment method you prefer.

8. Click Complete Order button to finalize your order.

9. You will receive your ORDER NUMBER, TOTAL AMOUNT to be paid plus the delivery fee, PAYMENT DETAILS, and other information you need to know about your order on the last page.

10. Send your payment receipt, or screenshot with your ORDER NUMBER for verification to any of the following:

How much is the delivery / shipping fee? Same day delivery?

At this time, we only ship thru JRS for all orders via our website.

Payment first for all orders via website.

0.6kg–3kg ₱200.00

3.1kg–4kg ₱300.00

4.1kg–5kg ₱400.00

 

Same Day Delivery

If you want a same day delivery, you may message us directly and provide your ORDER NUMBER. Once paid, you can book your Lalamove or Grab rider. Delivery Fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

Customer will book the delivery service, and need to send the link of the booking to us on our Facebook or Instagram pages for verification. Orders will not be claimed by the rider if no link has been provided by the buyer.

Customer can only book after our go signal.

Do you offer FREE shipping?

At this time, our customer will cover the delivery or shipping fee.

Our items online are already on discounted/promo sale. The good thing is you may use your discounted rate to cover your delivery or shipping fee. All our customers covered their delivery or shipping fees.

We will update our pages and website once we have a DISCOUNT CODE for free shipping.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via our website. Payment first for all orders via JRS. For same day delivery, you may check the option for Cash on Delivery (COD) to your preferred Delivery Courier.

We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) thru our Shopee and Lazada shops.

Is it a door to door delivery?

JRS (Courier)

JRS offers door to door delivery to covered areas.

Visit jrs-express.com, click "Scope of Delivery" to check if your area is covered by their 'door to door' delivery. If your Barangay is not included on their door to door delivery service, you have the option to pick up your package to a branch near you.

If you are not covered by door to door, please provide the nearest JRS branch where you will pick up your orders on the "DELIVERY ADDRESS" form. Click "Branch Locator" on JRS’ site to find a branch near you.

*If the delivery address provided by our customer is not covered by ‘door to door’ delivery service of JRS, we will notify the customer thru SMS provided on the order form.

 

Same Day Delivery

Yes, as you will choose your preferred Delivery Courier. 

Do you ship anywhere in the Philippines?

Yes, we do ship nationwide as long as covered by JRS.

Shopee and Lazada

Yes, we do ship and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) anywhere in the Philippines thru Shopee and Lazada.

What is your courier?

At this time, we do ship thru JRS only (orders via website), as they’re the only courier who can pick up orders in our hub. We will update our pages or website once new courier/s has been opened.

When you will ship my order?

Pick up of orders (JRS) will be every TUESDAYS and FRIDAYS ONLY. No rush orders.

For SAME DAY DELIVERY, you can book your rider (Lalamove or Grab), after arranging and packing your order/s. We will give you a go signal within the day after payment has been settled. 

How many days will I receive my order?

Same Day Delivery

You will receive your order same/within the day as you will book your own Delivery Courier. We will notify you once your order is ready for pick up.

(JRS)

For orders via JRS, estimated time of arrival depends on your location, and some instances due to the weather.

LUZON (JRS)

Our customers can get the package within 1-3 business days upon pick up (Sundays and Holidays excluded). But still may vary without prior notice. 

VISAYAS and MINDANAO (JRS)

For those in Visayas and Mindanao, receiving your packages or cargoes may take within 3 - 7 business days. First in, first out!

Please be advised that we don't have any control to make a fast delivery once JRS already picked up your orders. If you can't wait, please refrain from ordering.

How can I track my order?

Visit https://www.jrs-express.com/tracking/ to track your order.

Tracking Number and BC will be sent via SMS or your Facebook or Instagram account once your order has been picked up.

For SAME DAY DELIVERY, you can track your rider thru your delivery services app. 

I can’t track my order. What should I do?

If you’re unable to check your tracking number thru JRS’ website, you may contact us via our Facebook or Instagram pages. You may also visit our website and click the chat box icon at the lower right of your screen so our Support Team will be able to assist you on checking your tracking number.

We can help you check the status of your order to JRS. We will update you once we already have the details on our end about the package from JRS. Please be advised that we don't have any control to make a fast delivery once JRS already picked up your orders.

ADD or REMOVE / RETURN / EXCHANGE

Do you accept refunds?
  • Refund Policy

 As per DTI's policy, return/refund, or exchange request does not apply with the following reasons:

• Change of mind reason
• Item received is in good condition, no imperfection or defect, or if not expired or fake, the store may opt not to replace or refund
• Received the correct item, color, size/dimension, and quantity, based on customer's order details.
• When the defects of the goods are due to the mishandling of the buyer
• In cases of “as-is-where-is” transactions
• The sale of second-hand articles

What if I received damaged/incorrect items?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

PAYMENTS / RESERVATION / CANCELLATION

How can I pay?

You have several options to make a payment.

  • BPI
  • BDO
  • Gcash

No other payment methods, unless specified.

How long can I reserve the items?

We have 24 hours reservation period to settle your payment since our items are fast moving, as well as to be fair for those customers who are willing to get the items and can pay within the reservation period.

Orders will be cancelled automatically after 24 hours of no payment.

I cannot pay within the reservation period. Can I have an extension?

Contact our Support Team to further assist you with this matter.

I don’t have a BPI/BDO bank account. What should I do?

You have several ways to settle your payment without a BPI/BDO account.

       - Visit the nearest BPI/BDO branch in your area and do an over the counter deposit to our BPI Savings Account/BDO Checking Account.

       - You can do Instapay. Other mobile banking app to BPI Savings Account/BDO Checking Account.

       - Use other mobile application that offers bank transfer to BPI/BDO. (e.g. Gcash, PayMaya, etc. to BPI/BDO)

I don’t have any access on any of the payment methods. What should I do?

We only accept payments from the payment details we've provided.

You can ask help from a family, a relative, or a friend who have an access with the payment methods we have. You can pay even the account name or sender’s name is not under your name.

We will update our website and pages once we have new payment methods we will accept.

I am using a different bank account. Can I use that to transfer my payment?
Do you accept other money remittance to transfer my payment?

No. Unless they accept transfer to BPI Savings Account/BDO Checking Account/Gcash. You may ask the teller of other remittances if they accept transfer to BPI Savings Account / BDO Current/Checking or Gcash before you make a payment.

We will not accept any payment methods other than our payment details provided.

I am a minor. What can I do to send my payment?

You can ask help from a family, guardian, a relative, or a friend who’s on a legal age that can pay on your behalf. You can pay even the account name or sender’s name is not under your name.

How can I send my proof of payment?

Send the screenshot or proof of payment to our Facebook and Instagram pages, with your ORDER NUMBER for verification.
